POLICY
If you would like to reschedule or skip a cleaning, please do so at least 2 days in advance. If Reschedules are made outside of that time frame you will be charged $65 fee.
*Prompt payment is expected on the day of service. Any late payments will incur an additional fee daily. You may settle your account by cash or credit card left on the counter at the time of each service or by providing credit card details securely stored in our system, which will be processed within a few business days after service. A credit Card is a requirement for all initial cleans.
*A $75 fee is associated with lockouts. To help prevent this, we will send reminders through text & emails the day prior.
*To ensure a productive cleaning day, we kindly request that surfaces be cleared of any clutter to facilitate efficient cleaning. Please note we are not obligated to clean surfaces with excessive clutter (more than 10 items).
*We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction. If we missed anything, kindly notify us within 24 hours and we will return and fix it free of charge!
*Breakage policy: Essential cleaning will cover up to $100 or the items worth. We are not responsible for any improperly installed or damaged items due to cleaning. We kindly request that you inform us of any high-end items in your home that should not be touched/dusted.
We reserve the right to decline service in case of exposure to biological agents that can lead to infections or diseases, such as fungi, rodents, blood, bodily fluids, feces, mold, or animal droppings. If your entire household is unwell, we kindly request you to reschedule your appointment.
*By subscribing to our services, you will receive automated text notifications, including reminders for upcoming cleanings and important updates. You can opt-out of these messages by responding with the word "STOP"
*For your convenience, please remove old bed sheets and have new bed sheets available if you would like us to change your linens during the cleaning service. One complimentary bed change is offered per household, and each additional bed change will incur a $5 fee.
